Highly recommended (with some discretion for the younger audience):

John Adams (HBO Miniseries)

We’ve recently studied the American Revolution, and I must say, this video series is becoming the grand finale to our study.  There is something quite exciting about seeing the very accounts that we studied and read about come to life on the screen.  The dedication and conviction of this country’s founding forefathers has been truly appreciated while being read about, and deeply heart felt as we’ve viewed this reenactment of such an awesome and defining time in history.

Revisiting an old friend,

and discovering a new!

With another round of sprouting little toddlerhood, I’ve been feeling the need for a little boost and refreshening of the game plan…  I’m definitely feeling out-numbered these days!  The returning and organized schedule of autumn days shall be a welcome companion.
