Can you think of an atmosphere more peaceful than right smack-dab in the middle of nature on a sunny, warm afternoon? Our family enjoyed a pic-nick at the park for Mother’s Day and I spotted my niece Hailey enjoying this little nook in a big stump. Doesn’t she look like a little chipmunk in there!
Leisure
William H. Davies
What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare?
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty’s glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
I missed seeing the wonderful way you look at the world with all it’s charm and wonder. You see things thru an artists eye that makes me appreciate things in a differant way. I’m glad your back to your old self you are a gift to all of us!I love you!

Well, mother’s day wasn’t that long ago…get yourself one as a gigt to yourself!

And yes, the schol year is nearly over…we’ll have the time to sit and relax and soak up all the beauty that surrounds us. Isn’t wonderful that “summer break” is actually in summer and not winter!? So much more “scope for the imagination” as Anne Shirley would say.
