Recouperating

Kicking back, and feeling overwhelmingly and undeservedly loved by precious friends and family who pray… cook delicious meals… clean neglected bathrooms… wrangle rambunctious youngins… care for horses, a goat, and dogs & cats… wash and fold loads of unsightly laundry… send delightful cards & flower bouquets, gifts of music, reading materials/websites, & movies for my cabin-fevered mind… take the time to call & visit… chauffeur me to therapy appointments… and send delightful tea blends to soothe my soul.  How else could a girl with an injured pelvis and the last several weeks on crutches have survived, emotionally or physically?  There’s just no way!                             .

  11. Hi Michelle,

I was visiting your site on a whim to see if were possibly getting around to your normal self again 🙂 I think of you every day and hope that each day brings you more and more strength. I’d offer to help, but I have my hands full x2!! When the boys are a few weeks older, I’d love to bring them by for a visit. I’m anxious to start getting out of the house myself! Take care 🙂

  15. Hi Michelle,
I’m so glad to see you posting on your blog again! Abigail and I have sent you tons of prayers and have thought of you each and every day. Our friend, U, fills me in on how you’re doing. She tells me that you are doing amazingly well!! I, too, can’t wait for you to take some pics of Abby again. Maybe this summer?
    Thinking of you,

Thanks so much for all of your prayers… I’m weaning off the crutches now and it’s wonderful! I told my husband that as soon as I can, I want to sign up for ballroom dancing lessons… I’ve sat around on my rump long enough! 😉
I look forward to seeing you soon!
    Michelle
P.S. I would love to photograph Abby this summer!
