Makin’ Kraut, Baby!

  1. you’ve always wanted to make that stuff :o)…is it fermentin’ on it’s own or did you use vinegar or what’s the process? Scott LOVES sourkraut…me, I like my cabbage fresh, although I know that there are many wondeful benefits to eating fermented foods…all those healthy bacteria and all.:o)

  2. yah, Nancy… I finally just ventured out! The only thing I used was a little salt, and the cabbage itself. It ferments and makes it’s own juice. hoping it turns out!
