Hanauma Bay

We went snorkeling in one of Hawaii’s most popular spots – Hanauma Bay.  Hanauma is a marine embayment formed within a volcanic crater.  The Hanauma crater is the latest relic of volcanic activity on the island of Oahu, and it was formed thousands of years ago.  It is absolutely beautiful here and there are plenty of tropical sealife to swim amongst.  We were able to swim with a few green sea turtles, as well as a variety of beautiful fish.
