Berry Smoothie

This morning we had smoothies and peanut butter toast for breakfast.

Berry Smoothie

2 cups water

2 scoops protein powder (we use Goatein from Garden of Life)

2 teaspoons ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon ground sesame seeds

2 bananas, previously peeled and frozen

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen raspberries

Blend water, protein powder, and ground seeds in blender until blended.  Add bananas and berries, blend until smooth.  The ground seeds are a great source of essential fatty acids.  This smoothie is both yummy and good for you!
